Title: Prohibition of Entry and Display of Non-Participating Brands’ Equipment at CONEX KOREA 2024

CONEX KOREA 2024 Secretariat adds a clause prohibiting the entry of equipment from non-participating (unapplied) brands into the exhibition hall on the Exhibitor Service Manual(article III-1) to prohibit the free-riding exhibition of equipment from non-participating brands and protect the rights and interests of exhibitors. The new manual is effective on November 13, 2023.

In particular, if an exhibitor displaying attachments, parts, etc., installs or displays its exhibits on equipment of a brand not participating in the exhibition, the secretariat will strictly apply this provision as an act that undermines the exhibition marketing effectiveness of the exhibitors displaying same product.

However, for attachments and parts companies that require equipment to mount and display their exhibits effectively, CONEX KOREA 2024 secretariat will operate the program to match the products of participated brands and support it for free by identifying the demand in advance. So we appreciate if the exhibitor takes advantage of it.
