Since its founding, Jiseong & T Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the production and construction of civil engineering basic construction materials. It has grown by pursuing customer-first principles with the goal of producing products of the highest and perfect quality and accumulated technical know-how while producing civil engineering construction excavation equipment auxiliary materials. .
Our company is evolving from a simple supply of mining and civil engineering-related materials to a company specializing in Global Mining Plant production and supply, large-diameter SHIELD TBM and Semi SHIELD Machine manufacturing, rear equipment manufacturing, and total services. We also produce various parts needed for TBM construction, such as Disc Cutter and Scrapper Bit, in-house, so we can quickly supply them according to the site situation.
Recently, our company has been actively participating in research and development related to new and renewable energy.
Rock tools are primarily
used in mining, constructing, and quarrying rock material. We produce a full
range of rock tools: integral drill steel, ex-rod, mf-rod, taper rod, shank
adapter, coupling, and button bit. Rocktool is a consumable attached to
drilling equipment and is mainly attached to the Crawler Drill. We can produce
diverse sizes according to the client’s requirement.
DTH Hammer and Bit, Cluster Hammer
We mainly produce small hammers up to 8
inches and large hammers 12 inches and larger. Down the hole drilling (DTH)
relies on three main elements for drilling: bit loading (weight), rotation and
air. Often used in the mining, construction, water wells industries. It has
advantage in deep drilling of hard rock.
Cluster hammers are multiple hammers attached
to a single handle and they come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Various
sizes can be produced according to customer requirements.
Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM)
We expanded our production to micro tunneling
machines. It is mostly used for water, gas, and electric line. We mainly
produce sizes from 1500-3000. Various sizes can be produced according to
customer requirements.
Disc cutter and scrapers for TBM
Jiseong is the sole agent of Turkey’s E-Berk company – one of the top manufacturers of TBM and TBM spare parts in Europe,
and we are introducing and representing their products in the Asian market.
TBM disc cutters and scrapers are attached on the face
head of TBM and they directly drill rock and soil.
