Company introduction
Xpanner Inc. is a robotics-based construction site automation provider, founded in 2020. We improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness by integrating existing construction technologies with advanced automation solutions.
In 2022, Xpanner expanded globally by establishing a U.S. subsidiary and conducting PoCs and demos at various sites. In 2024, we entered the renewable energy sector with an automation solution for solar power pile installation, achieving over 50% cost savings.
Our key products include Mango and Mangosteen, which retrofit existing machinery to enable Xpanner's robotics and automation solutions. Xpanner Connect is a data visualization solution that facilitates site monitoring.
Xpanner has secured contracts with major global construction firms and was named one of the 'Top 50 Global Construction Robotics Companies of the Year' by BuiltWorlds in 2023. With 27 billion KRW in investments, we are establishing ourselves as a leader in construction automation.
Xpanner Connect is a site management solution that provides a comprehensive view of Xpanner's automation sites. It offers real-time data on site progress, schedule adherence, equipment efficiency, equipment and worker locations on drawings, and work volume, all on a single screen. It can be provided as part of a package with site automation solutions or as a subscription service.
Tiltrotator
Xpanner offers differentiated tiltrotator technical support based on its unparalleled experience and expertise, including optimization of integration with MG/MC and semi-automatic control for tiltrotators. In particular, for Steelwrist products, Xpanner provides customized solutions for various work sites, such as oil quick solutions for large and special equipment utilizing powerful hydraulic systems.
Tiltrotator
JK Attachments is a major manufacturer in South Korea and one of the most popular brands for tiltrotators and rotators. The company has rapidly improved its products and built deep trust with its customers by launching innovations such as the AutoQuick, an automatic hydraulic connection system. As a partner of JK Attachments, Xpanner continues its partnership in various ways, including providing technical support for integrating JK's tiltrotators with MG/MC through Xpanner's "Mango" and exploring overseas markets.
3D Machine guidance
The MG/MC product line is essential for achieving construction site automation as proposed by Xpanner. These products are installed on construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, and dozers, connecting them to the site and enabling model-based automated construction. Leica Geosystems' machine guidance products are the undisputed top-selling brand in South Korea, offering a premium lineup that is among the best in the industry.
3D Machine guidance
The MG/MC product line is essential for achieving construction site automation as proposed by Xpanner. These products are installed on construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, and dozers, connecting them to the site and enabling model-based automated construction. Xpanner is introducing Moba products, a major European brand, to the Korean market in an economical package, increasing the adoption rate of machine guidance systems that enable smart construction.
Infrakit
The larger the construction site, the more equipment from various brands are used together. This can often be a major barrier to managing all the data collected on-site in an integrated manner. Infrakit overcomes these brand barriers with its strong openness, which is compatible with dozens of MG/MC brands. With Infrakit, site managers can send site plans to each piece of equipment regardless of brand and easily manage tasks such as progress tracking and quantity calculations using the data collected from the equipment. As one of Infrakit's global partners, Xpanner offers solutions that enable approximately 15% cost savings.
Timelapselab
Timelapselab provides a reliable site monitoring solution based on its robust construction, which can withstand extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, heatwaves, and severe cold. Access the site remotely anytime and anywhere with 4K quality images and timelapse videos. Xpanner utilizes Timelapselab as the eyes of our integrated control system, Xpanner Connect.
Compact excavator
Bobcat is one of the major global construction equipment brands. Xpanner supports the integration of solutions such as tiltrotators and machine guidance with Bobcat's compact excavators, enabling these mini excavators to also perform effectively in the smart construction sector.
