Once a job is completed the LST can send documentation to a PC using a USB cable or via Bluetooth* (with a compatible app).
This tool is compatible with conventional sockets, the HYTORC Washer, the HYTORC Nut, and works with the HYTORC Connect App.
Hytorc Washer
The HYTORC WASHER system includes the HYTORC Reaction Washer, Backup Washer and the locking J-Washer. When used with compatible Torque tools the HYTORC Washer system eliminates the need for reaction arms, backup wrenches and dangerous pinch points.
The standard HYTORC Reaction and Backup Washer provide improved speed and accuracy on every bolting job and are manufactured in accordance with the requirements in ASTM F3394/F3394M.
The HYTORC J-Washer adds the locking feature to the reaction washer to keep bolted joints tight under vibration conditions.

reaction component for applied torque. The GRIP-TIGHT™ Nut allows for controlled and safe torqueing with

JGun DIGITAL Single Speed
The jGun DIGITAL Single Speed from HYTORC is the world’s first torqueadjustable
pneumatic multiplier with a digital readout and FRL-free operation.
Unlike other systems that require a separate filter, regulator and lubricator
system between the air line and the tool, the patented design of the jGun
DIGITAL Single Speed eliminates the need for this add-on, offering the
highest level of portability and convenience.
MXT Plus
The MXT+ Hydraulic Torque Wrench from HYTORC combines the best of the original MXT with the latest advances in bolting technology including coaxial reaction drive, auto-release feature and a new cycle counter. The MXT+ is constructed from higher strength materials for rugged industrial use and highly repeatable performance.
Compatible with standard sockets and now equipped with coaxial drive technology to support the HYTORC Washer and HYTORC Nut systems. Integrated auto-release and new
quick-couplers provide faster job setup and completion. The new cycle counter helps keep tools in calibration,
allowing users to schedule preventative maintenance for maximum performance and longer tool life.
HYTORC NUT
For critical applications requiring the highest level of bolt load control, the patented HYTORC Nut System provides industry-leading
joint integrity. This three-piece fastener applies pure tension to the bolt to prevent thread damage and ensure bolt load accuracy. The
HYTORC Nut is available in a variety of materials to suit all applications, from extreme temperatures to harsh climates. No other bolting
system provides the same level of repeatable accuracy, ensuring even bolt load to eliminate joint failure and unintentional nut loosening.
The HYTORC Nut is the only fastener that can guarantee the elimination of galled or damaged threads on installation and removal.
These fasteners have been installed on various high temperature applications for ten years and longer, and were removed without
damage to the bolts, providing tremendous savings by eliminating the need for bolt replacement.
HYTORC WHEEL GUN SL FIXTURE
The HYTORC Wheel Gun SL fixture allows for quick, easy, and accurate torque
of wheel lugs.
The spring-loaded socket provides automatic socket indexing.
When the socket and lug hex pattern do not line up, the socket will sit on top
of the lug then drop down onto it after the trigger on the tool is pulled.
The reaction loop increases job safety by eliminating pinch points where torque
reaction is created.
The extension length allows for easy use on both front and rear wheels of most Class 8 vehicles.
