Company introduction
Automotive sensors and throttle control devices produced by ComeSys are based on non-contacting angular displacement sensing technology that had been developed and internationally patented by ComeSys.
The technology is replacing a conventional resistive contacting sensors in many ways and applicable to a wide range of engines. Major industrial application is an accelerator pedal module in communicating with electronic control devices installed on Battery, Diesel and Gas engines.
Output from ComeSys sensors are single and dual signals, either analogue or digital and CAN Bus with max three(3) functional switches including KDF.
The floor-mounted pedal is composed of a baseplate for mounting in the passenger compartment
and a pre-fitted pedal plate (aluminum ADC12,
injection molded, black finish, 66 % nylon, 30 % GF).
Two return springs are used to replicate the pedal
forces and direction-dependent hysteresis; twin
return springs are used for added safety.
Pedal position feedback is provided by a contactless
sensor connected to either an analog or a PWM
(pulse width modulated) signal circuit, depending on
the variant.
The no-load state can be detected either by an
optocoupler or mechanically via a microswitch,
according to the application.
The suspended pedal consisted of a base unit (nylon
6, GF 15%) and a pre-fitted pedal lever (Carbon Steel
+ Black Coated).
Twin return springs are used to replicate the pedal
forces and direction-dependent hysteresis and to
provide added safety.
Pedal position feed back is provided by a contactless
sensor connected to either an analog or PWM signal
circuit, depending on the variant. The no-load state
can be detected either by an optocoupler or
mechanically via a microswitch.
Multifunction Joystick
Electronic Hand Lever
The MTH6 Lever Hand Control is designed for demanding off-road applications. It is infinitely variable between 0 and 45 degrees with applicable uses that include engine RPM, chassis module inputs and hydraulic pump control.
The Lever Hand Control unit is equipped with a Hall- effect, non-contact sensor that can be programmed for analog output and/or integrated switches.
In addition, the unit can be customized with contact or PWM sensors. The Lever Hand Control has robust SPCC body/lever, and features a customizable PA66+GF33% knob.

Finger-tip Joystick
The MTJ3 is a paddle style, analog mini-lever. This
lever focuses on compact design, weather resistance
and safety.
The MTJ3 is a small single-axis joystick 0.5 - 4.5 Vdc,
intended for the proportional control of one double
acting hydraulic function. The combination of a mini
lever and armrest can provide substantial ergonomic
benefits. It can be mounted in the armrest or on the
dashboard in mobile vehicles. It is easily actuated
with a fingertip for good ergonomics.
The MTJ3 is lightweight with small installation
dimensions. It also has low, well-adapted forces
designed in for ease of operation in close quarters.
