XISC's High-strength steel is mainly used in the manufacture of core components of construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, dump trucks, concrete pump cars, construction cranes, crawler cranes, and coal mine hydraulic supports.
Can supply a full series of 345 to 1300MPa strength grades, and can supply 6 to 300mm in thickness and 1400 to 4800mm in width.
It has obtained CPR, UKCA, and 1E1861 certification, and also has been officially certified by leading domestic end-users such as VOLVO, HD HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, HD INFRACORE, JUNJIN CONSTRUCTION & ROBOT, and HYUNDAI EVERDIGM.
It has characteristics such as high purity, stable performance, good flatness, excellent surface quality and molding performance, low carbon, welding crack sensitivity coefficient, fatigue resistance, etc.
XISC's abrasion-resistant steel is mainly used to manufacture major wear parts such as bucket and dump truck cargo, excavators, loaders, mining shipping vessel cargo compartments, and coal mine conveyors.
Currently, We supply steel grades NM400 to NM600, with thicknesses ranging from 6-100mm and widths from 1400-4800mm.
The product has high purity, uniform hardness in the thickness direction, excellent weldability and wear resistance, and is supplied to domestic VOLVO, HD HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, and HD HYUNDAI INFRACORE.
